With over 20 years’ experience across a range of industries including family investment, SME businesses, property development, primary producers and professional practices, Rachael is the founding partner at Muntz & Associates. 

 

A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), she began her accounting career locally. Having spent time in Melbourne, then travelling the world and London, she has since returned to Albury raise her family.

 

Big on client relationships, she is also active in our community taking on many roles over the years including school fundraising committees, Lions Youth and the Women in Chamber committee.

Ryan joined Muntz & Associates as as a Partner (co-owner) in 2021.

 

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), he has worked with an extensive range of industries including SME family businesses, high net worth individuals, real estate and property development, primary producers, pharmacies and medical practitioners, professional practices, hotels and hospitality.

 

He specialises in business valuations, and has prepared over 125 formal business valuations for business purchases/sales, business succession planning, litigation support (including expert witness valuations for matrimonial settlements) and tax restructures.

 

A talented Partner, he has the uncanny ability to simplify complex technical issues and provide practical advice and solutions.

With over 10 years experience in the accounting industry, Pheobe has previously worked with Findex Albury.

 

A Chartered Accountant (CA), she has experience with a range of industries including aged care providers, professional practices, pharmacies and medical specialists, the automotive industry, start-ups and small businesses.

 

As a Senior Manager at Muntz & Associates, she guides clients through all complex business transactions. Providing professional taxation, advisory services and business valuations. 

 

Her areas of expertise include advisory services for the purchase and sale of businesses, valuation requirements for tax restructures and general business planning advice.

PHEOBE TAYLOR

Senior Manager/Registered Tax Agent

With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT, Meg began her professional career at Findex, Albury. Having joined Muntz & Associates in March 2021, as a Senior Accountant.

 

Meg assists clients with their day-to-day accounting needs, including providing tax compliance and business advisory services. With industry experience across a range of sectors, including not for profits, construction, automotive services and agriculture, she is accounting software packages including Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online.

 

She has grown up in the Riverina working in her family businesses which included sheep/grain farming, retail, workshops, accommodation and legal services. She is an active member of the Country Women’s Association, and has a passion for baking, photography, music and adventures in nature.

MEG HARMER

Senior Accountant

Having completed her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) over the course of her traineeship Findex Albury, Jo joined Muntz & Associates as a Senior Accountant in March 2021.

 

Jo works on a number of clients of all sizes, with specialist skills in working on larger and long-term outsourced accounting roles. Her experience, reliability and insights are invaluable to the team. Regularly overseeing all aspects of clients’ affairs, including payroll, debtor/creditor processing, monthly reconciliations and reporting and provision of advisory services to business owners.

 

Jo has extensive experience in all accounting software solutions, and provides ongoing support to clients with their day-to-day accounting and software queries.

JO WRIGHT

Senior Accountant

With a Bachelor of Accounting (Legal Studies), Charles Sturt University, Rebecca Love started her accounting career as a graduate with Findex Albury. She is currently studying her Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (CA), and has achieved outstanding academic results during her studies.

 

Rebecca joined Muntz & Associates in April 2022, and her quality of work speaks for itself. She is committed, highly-organised and an efficient member of the team and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2023.

 

With advanced cloud accounting software skills, she has experience across a range of industries, including high-net worth investors, transport and related services, pharmacies, allied health providers and primary producers. 

 

Rebecca assists in a number of business valuation engagements, and enjoys researching tax technical matters. An aviation enthusiast, dog lover enjoys spending time with her partner.

REBECCA LOVE

Senior Accountant

Nisha stands against a backdrop of greenery.

Having a Bachelor of Commerce (Kolhan University, 2014), and Cost Auditor (CMA) (Indian Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, 2017), Nisha moved to Australia in 2018.

 

Completing a Masters of Professional Accounting (Advanced) at Western Sydney University in 2020. While living in Sydney Nisha gained experience with a smaller accounting firm before moving to Albury to join Muntz & Associates in 2021.

 

Nisha has experience across a broad range of industries and specialises in self-managed superannuation funds. She enjoys cooking and collecting designer handbags and accessories.

NISHA RAYET

Accountant

Nicole has held various administration roles in professional firms over her career, and joined Muntz & Associates Pty Ltd as an administration officer in 2020. Nicole completed her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting in 2022 and has transitioned into an accountant role within Muntz & Associates.

 

Nicole and her husband also own a successful restaurant franchise, with Nicole providing bookkeeping and administration services to this business when she is not working with Muntz & Associates.

Riley commenced his accounting traineeship with Muntz & Associates in August 2022, and is currently studying his Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. He plans to undertake his Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University.

 

Riley works closely with Senior Accountants and Managers in assisting clients with their taxation compliance and general accounting needs, and has an interest in cloud accounting software packages. An avid reader, Riley takes pride in his collection of books.

Paula joined Muntz & Associates Pty Ltd in an administration role in May 2013 after working for another local accounting firm for the preceding 12 years.

 

Paula maintains our company registers including attending to necessary changes and payments to Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

 

Paula has a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting and Certificate IV in Business Administration.

Rori commenced her role with Muntz & Associates in August 2022, and provides reception and administration support to the team.

 

Rori is currently completing an administration traineeship, which includes studying for her Cert III in Business Administration.
