With over 20 years’ experience across a range of industries including family investment, SME businesses, property development, primary producers and professional practices, Rachael is the founding partner at Muntz & Associates.
A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), she began her accounting career locally. Having spent time in Melbourne, then travelling the world and London, she has since returned to Albury raise her family.
Big on client relationships, she is also active in our community taking on many roles over the years including school fundraising committees, Lions Youth and the Women in Chamber committee.
RACHAEL MUNTZ

Ryan joined Muntz & Associates as as a Partner (co-owner) in 2021.
As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), he has worked with an extensive range of industries including SME family businesses, high net worth individuals, real estate and property development, primary producers, pharmacies and medical practitioners, professional practices, hotels and hospitality.
He specialises in business valuations, and has prepared over 125 formal business valuations for business purchases/sales, business succession planning, litigation support (including expert witness valuations for matrimonial settlements) and tax restructures.
A talented Partner, he has the uncanny ability to simplify complex technical issues and provide practical advice and solutions.

With over 10 years experience in the accounting industry, Pheobe has previously worked with Findex Albury.
A Chartered Accountant (CA), she has experience with a range of industries including aged care providers, professional practices, pharmacies and medical specialists, the automotive industry, start-ups and small businesses.
As an Associate Partner at Muntz & Associates, she guides clients through all complex business transactions. Providing professional taxation, advisory services and business valuations.
Her areas of expertise include advisory services for the purchase and sale of businesses, valuation requirements for tax restructures and general business planning advice.
PHEOBE TAYLOR

With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT, Meg began her professional career at Findex, Albury. Having joined Muntz & Associates in March 2021, as a Senior Accountant and worked her way up to a Manager in July 2025.
Meg assists clients with their day-to-day accounting needs, including providing tax compliance and business advisory services. With industry experience across a range of sectors, including not for profits, construction, automotive services and agriculture, she is accounting software packages including Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online.
She has grown up in the Riverina working in her family businesses which included sheep/grain farming, retail, workshops, accommodation and legal services. She is an active member of the Country Women’s Association, and has a passion for baking, photography, music and adventures in nature.
MEG HARMER

Having completed her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) over the course of her traineeship Findex Albury, Jo joined Muntz & Associates as a Senior Accountant in March 2021 and became a Manager in July 2025.
Jo works on a number of clients of all sizes, with specialist skills in working on larger and long-term outsourced accounting roles. Her experience, reliability and insights are invaluable to the team. Regularly overseeing all aspects of clients’ affairs, including payroll, debtor/creditor processing, monthly reconciliations and reporting and provision of advisory services to business owners.
Jo has extensive experience in all accounting software solutions, and provides ongoing support to clients with their day-to-day accounting and software queries.

Andrew joined Muntz & Associates in 2024, and is a great addition to the team.
As a Manager, Andrew brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, including hospitality, primary producers, and manufacturing.
Andrew has a thorough knowledge and expertise in Xero, and enjoys diving into technical matters. Having previously worked at Findex Albury, he has a sharp eye for the details, and is able to identify practical solutions for our clients.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Andrew spending quality time with his family, hitting the golf course and being active.
Tom is a skilled accountant who joined Muntz & Associates in 2024.
With over a decade of financial services experience, he has worked in local accounting firms and enjoys living in the region.
With advanced skills in cloud-based accounting software, he has experience across a range of industries, including various trades, transport and allied health providers.
A great addition to the team, he is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service with a smile.
Having relocated to Albury in 2014 to play rugby union with intention of staying for a year, he has settled in nicely starting a family with his wife, son Harley and Border Collie Django. Since retiring from rugby in 2019, you’ll find him on the golf course most weekends. He is passionate about most sports and spending time with the family.

With a Bachelor of Accounting (Legal Studies), Charles Sturt University, Rebecca Love started her accounting career as a graduate with Findex Albury.
A Chartered Accountant (CA), Rebecca joined Muntz & Associates in April 2022, and her quality of work speaks for itself. She is committed, highly-organised and an efficient member of the team who was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2023.
With advanced cloud accounting software skills, she has experience across a range of industries, including high-net worth investors, transport and related services, pharmacies, allied health providers and primary producers.
Rebecca assists in a number of business valuation engagements, and enjoys researching tax technical matters.
REBECCA LOVE

Before joining Muntz & Associates, Annalise worked at accounting firms in Port Macquarie, NSW, before relocating to Albury in 2018.
She holds a Bachelor of Advanced Accounting from Southern Cross University and brings a wealth of experience working with clients in TV & Film, Primary Production, Manufacturing, and eCommerce.
Annalise loves the Albury climate and country lifestyle, especially as it’s better suited for her show ponies. Outside of work, she enjoys training and competing at local and national equestrian events. Her proudest achievements include winning Best First Year in the Garryowen at Melbourne Royal and later taking out the Esquire title on her Galloway, an especially proud moment given the prestige and history of the event.

She is passionate about delivering practical, reliable, and client-focused accounting solutions.
Born locally, she enjoys being part of the local community and building strong client relationships across the Albury/Wodonga area and beyond.
Sharing a love for the countryside, you'll find her outside caring for her four-legged family members.
MARGY MONAHAN

James is a passionate community builder focused on creating inclusive and engaging spaces for people of all backgrounds. A familiar face to the team, he has experience in banking, financial reporting, and taxation.
Currently studying a Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University, he has a clear passion for business advisory, community growth, and building opportunities that create lasting impact within regional communities.
He has helped grow local gaming initiatives that bring together players through esports, tabletop gaming, LAN events, and social experiences.
JAMES CASIZZI

Riley commenced his accounting traineeship with Muntz & Associates in August 2022, and is currently studying his Bachelor of Accounting with La Trobe University.
Riley works closely with Senior Accountants and Managers in assisting clients with their taxation compliance, payroll processing and other general accounting needs, and has an interest in cloud accounting software packages.
As someone with a large variety of interests Riley is an avid reader, gamer and tech enthusiast who spends his free time either reading several books in a week, playing video games or working with his computer to improve its hardware or working on coding languages.

Emma completed her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting in June 2025 and began her Accounting degree at Charles Sturt University in July 2025.
Originally from Chiltern, Emma started her career as a baker before following her passion for numbers and pursuing accounting.
Emma brings a practical, hands-on approach to her work and enjoys helping clients get on top of their finances. She’s always up for a challenge and brings energy and enthusiasm to the team.
When she’s not at work or studying, you’ll find Emma baking treats, riding her motorbike, or playing netball with friends.
EMMA KING

Megan is our Administration Officer at Muntz & Associates.
Born and raised on a farm in Walla Walla, Megan’s roots run deep in the Riverina. A country girl at heart, she grew up riding horses and motorbikes and has always loved the regional community.
Megan began her career in accounting as a front-of-house team member in 1984 and is glad to have returned to this role.
Family is the word. Megan cherishes time with her partner Andrew and extended family including her young nephew and niece. She also enjoys daily walks with her two much-loved Jack Russell terriers, and finds time for exercise, dining out, and a glass of wine with close friends.
Taking pride in her profession and supporting clients, Megan is always ready to lend a helping hand.
